Across our three locations—Burbank, Vancouver, and Sydney—we hire teammates in Overhead, Production Management, Creative Artistic, and Editorial/Post Production to support our feature animation pipeline and individual key studio functions. Our Burbank location predominately contributes to the front end of our feature animation pipeline, while our Vancouver and Sydney locations primarily support CG shot based departments.

Community & Belonging
We want employees to feel a sense of belonging at NAS. Netflix Animation Studios Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are vital to creating this sense of inclusion and community.
ERGs are employee-led groups that create a positive and welcoming environment for employees from historically underrepresented communities and allies. We raise our collective consciousness through community building opportunities, affirming the diversity of experiences and backgrounds employees bring to their work and our culture.
We currently have 8 ERGs in Burbank. We are expanding our ERG program across our studio globally and are excited to share more soon! Furthermore, the Netflix corporation has additional ERGs and ways to find and contribute to meaningful communities within the broader organization.
